Simple Email Form allows you to create an email contact form in your Joomla CMS.
It has feature for uploading attachments to the email and Captcha to prevent spams.
It is non-commercial or free.

1. Download the Simple Email Form from: Download
2. Login to your Joomla Administrator
3. Extension > Extension Manager > Install
4. Upload Packet File  (Browse the file from your download directory)
5. After successfully install, go to: Extension > Module Manager 
6. Click on: NEW
7. Select a Module Type: Simple Email Form
8. Enter Postion: mailform
9. Configure the Basic Option that fit your need.
   You have the total of 8 field option to configured.
   You can configure the text area, maximum length and display size field.
   Go to "Advance Options" and make sure that you use Captcha to prevent spams.
10. After you have all configured, now you can display the form mail to you site
11. Go to Contents > Article Manager >
    Select or create an article page that you want to display the form mail and paste this line:
    {loadposition mailform}
12. Make sure Extensions - Plugin Manager - Content - Load Module is active.

Simple Email Form works on Jooma 1.5, Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.0
